About us

 

Comis Consulting was established in 2008 by Rob Shillaker and Emma Rodger. With over 25 years of combined experience within the pensions industry, they have an in-depth understanding of third party and in-house administration processes along with experience of working with market leading software products.

Rob Shillaker

Director

 

Rob started his career in pensions as a DC administrator with Standard Life and Hogg Robinson before joining Profund Systems in 1991. Whilst with Profund he worked in the support and training departments and was Support Manager before becoming Business Development Manager in 2001.

In 2004 Rob joined P3 Corporate Pensions Software Ltd as Sales and Marketing Director, substantially growing the client base and helping the company become established as a major player in the pensions software industry.

In 2008, Rob formed Comis Consulting with Emma Rodger to offer high quality, independent and valuable services to in-house schemes and Third Party Administrators alike.

 

Emma Rodger

Director

Emma started her career in pensions working for Bath and North East Somerset Council, who administer the Avon Pension Fund. During her time with BANES, Emma held positions on the pensions administration teams and was involved with the pensioner payroll processing.  

Moving from administration into software support, Emma spent a number of years working as a Software Consultant for Profund Systems Ltd before becoming the Client Support Manager for P3 Corporate Pensions Software Ltd in 2004. Both positions enabled Emma to forge strong relationships with many clients and gain invaluable experience of working with sophisticated pensions software systems.

In 2008 Emma decided to move away from the constraints of working for large organisations and joined forces with Rob Shillaker in the formation of Comis Consulting Ltd.
